Reclaiming my time, I can say to the gentleman we have had a very thorough discussion in our full committee and here on the House floor. There is no question that the gentleman from Wisconsin [Mr. Obey] has a serious point that he wants to make. He has made that point very well. Between now and conference, there is not any question that we will continue to consider the result of this and it will be discussed thoroughly in conference.
