I agree that 4 years is too long to wait to get relief for those communities which have suffered from disasters. I would like to work with the gentleman from Arizona [Mr. Hayworth] in the months ahead to make certain that day in and day out we have the attention of the top leadership of FEMA, and I am happy to be a part of that effort.
