I do appreciate where my colleague is coming from. We have had this discussion a number of times on the floor, as the gentleman knows. And the gentleman certainly knows that our committee is doing everything we can to adequately fund those programs. But having said that, within this specific category the entire administration is supporting our position regarding this.
