I could not help but react to the remarks of the gentleman from California regarding the earlier two amendments that were just referenced. Indeed, in that case there was a very strong bipartisan vote in opposition to those amendments. I would hope that the same kind of logic and sense would apply to this amendment and we would get the same kind of bipartisan support.
