The Perry Point VA Medical Center was a priority in fiscal year 1996. However, it never received any funding. The administration did not include Perry Point VA in its fiscal year 1997 budget. I recognize the gentleman's concern and I can assure the gentleman that I will work with him to seek funds for this project as we continue in the process.
