As the gentleman knows, we appropriated $25 million the previous Congress. There is authorization for that. They can do planning, use that for planning. I do not think they will be late at all. I would be very surprised if they would be delayed at all. On the other hand, I will be happy to work with the gentleman to make sure the VA is responsive.
