I have seen our investments in alternative energy over the last 20 years produce a continuing decline in the cost of the energy coming from these and a continuing increase in the market and particularly in the overseas market which is going to do so much for us in terms of creating jobs for American workers. I would say that the indication of this last 20 years of history is that we have an extremely good thing which we developed in this country, alternative energy, and this is not the time to give it up by making these drastic cuts that we have in the program.
