I think it is basically a good bill and I would like to see it enacted. Now, I have heard, as apparently others have, that there are some problems having to do with the Senate bill... if we have a situation in which the Governors... have objections to the Senate language, it is going to cause some difficulty... for many of the Democrats to vote for the bill. I want to see this bill passed very solidly... if he can in any way ameliorate the impact of that Senate language, why, it would be very much appreciated by me and I am sure by many others on this side, and we will see if we cannot emerge with a bill that we can all support and which I know will be good for agriculture.
