I would like to express my profound thanks to the gentleman from Indiana [Mr. Myers] for his knowledge about this situation. As he has already indicated, the Mexicans now have EPA money and United States-Mexico Border Commission cleanup money to build a sewage system. They are going to clean up that water and then they are going to keep it in Mexico. That reduces, again, the amount of flow coming from across the border here into the Salton Sea and it means the problem becomes worse.
