I appreciate the argument of equity that the gentleman makes, and in a perfect world I would probably go along with it, but this is not a perfect world. I have spent too many years trying to further the development of these very important research and development programs in energy to be comfortable seeing them cut by 30 to 35 percent, as they already are in this bill. So again I take the position of supporting.
