Right now we see saltwater coming into the delta. We see farmers pumping water and having salt in it, not able to use it, needing additional treatments. All I'm asking is that the Secretary look at the bill and prevent parts of the bill that will deteriorate water quality from going into effect until we're sure that it's safe.
