We wanted to be a model for this country and for the world.

My hope is that we can go forward from here, take these elements of consensus and build something that could be a strong bipartisan product.

If it is industrial growth versus our people and our environment, I will tell you where I come from.

we are having a heck of a hard time supporting them through title 16 because that program has been politicized and essentially ground to a halt by our colleagues across the aisle.

There is a very proven track record on the repayment of these things through on-bill financing or property assessed agreements with homeowners and businesses.

I do look forward to building a strong and transparent working relationship with you and all of the members of this subcommittee.

That is critical work, and I encourage you to continue that, and I am looking forward to working with EPA on all of these things.
