On Friday, April 26, 2013, I was unavoidably detained and missed rollcall votes numbers 125-128. Had I been present, I would have voted as follows: Rollcall No. 125: ``yea'' (On motion to suspend the rules and pass H.R. 1765, Reducing Flight Delays Act), but we must do more to avert the sequester's impacts to all Americans.
