I pledge to work with the gentleman. Mr. Chairman, I would just like to conclude, as I am very close to this center aisle, that when we work in bipartisan fashion on some of these very complicated but very important budget reforms, we make more progress. So I feel this has been a very excellent debate on the House floor. I know it is not over. My colleague, the gentleman from Texas [Mr. Stenholm], is waiting to speak. But I congratulate both gentleman for the enormous effort made, and also the gentleman from Idaho [Mr. Crapo], who is sitting quietly in the back there, for his leadership and his friendship.
