All of the witnesses present testified that their companies believe MHPI leases and housing are subject to state and local laws related to housing and leases.

I want to call out the irresponsible conduct of Clark Realty Capital and convey to them, you can run, but you cannot hide.

All we're trying to do is give a hand up to those Americans who are the working stiffs who are just trying to get back into the game.

But it is, in fact, still an incredible lifeline for Americans across this country who are holding on.

These are people that, frankly, probably don't belong in Congress, because they are there to inflame an outrage.

There is so much in this bill that is desperately needed.

I think this is so ripe for our continuing review this year, Madam Chair, that we do that.
