Anyone who doubts the violations by the Hanoi regime just needs to ask Vietnamese democracy advocates, or Internet bloggers or ethnic minorities in the central highlands or Protestant, Catholic or unified Buddhist church leaders who dared to operate outside of state-imposed limits.
