I guess if the gentleman from Wisconsin had offered an amendment saying that everyone who owns a restaurant gets to deduct 50 percent of their lease price, the gentleman from Indiana would say, in a Republican-controlled Congress, we have to support that amendment; otherwise, we will have an unnecessary tax increase on the patrons of that restaurant.
