What is the glaring incongruity in this legislation is to call it the Internet Fairness Act when the issue should be sort of the Music Fairness Act.

We must do our best to minimize the risks faced by these brave public servants and provide adequate funding to do so, but we must also recognize that such risks can never be completely eliminated.

Considering the support for that agreement all across the farming community, I am not sure why we would craft something completely new that is opposed by important members of that community.
