What is the glaring incongruity in this legislation is to call it the Internet Fairness Act when the issue should be sort of the Music Fairness Act.

If webcasting is a major part of the future, I think we are at a point in time where you are going to have to come to terms with free doesn't work anymore in terms of incentivizing creators and fairness.
