Since I last came here and testified before you more than a year ago many economic indicators show we are moving on a path to long-term economic recovery.

There is broad agreement that the Federal Government has to start living within its means.

I agree with you that we need to have better trade agreements that are fair, and I look forward to encouraging the manufacturing base here to grow and be robust.

We need to do better, and I am pleased to be working with employers to help grow the size of the disability labor force to six million by 2015.
