I think the biggest thing that Congress could do right now is to overrule by legislation the outdated precedent Jacobson v. Massachusetts.

I think we can all agree that we strongly support election integrity, including safe, fair, and free elections.

As an American and an immigrant and a woman of color, I find that assumption offensive.

I actually believe that Congress should stay out of it, and H.R. 1, other rules like that, should be rejected by right-thinking people.
