The text of the amendment is as follows: Page 16, beginning on line 2, strike ``and persons with disabilities'' and insert ``persons with disabilities, and individuals self-identifying as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, or queer''. The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 695, the gentleman from California (Mr. Rouda) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentleman from California.
