On Tuesday, December 13, 2011, I was absent during rollcall vote No. 918. Had I been present, I would have voted ``nay'' on ordering the previous question of the rule, H. Res. 491, providing for consideration of H.R. 3630, to provide incentives for the creation of jobs, and for other purposes.
