Mr. Speaker, on Monday, April 16, 2012, I was absent during rollcall vote No. 153 due to a family health emergency. Had I been present, I would have voted ``yea'' on suspending the rules and agreeing to H.R. 4040--To provide for the award of a gold medal on behalf of Congress to Jack Nicklaus in recognition of his service to the Nation in promoting excellence and good sportsmanship in golf.
