Mr. Speaker, I was absent during rollcall votes No. 288, No. 289, No. 290, and No. 291 due to my spouse's health situation in California. Had I been present, I would have voted ``nay'' on the Motion on Ordering the Previous Question on the Rule--Providing for consideration of H.R. 2213. I would have voted ``no'' on H. Res. 374-- Rule providing for consideration of H.R. 2213--Anti-Border Corruption Reauthorization Act of 2017. I would have voted ``nay'' on the Motion on Ordering the Previous Question on the Rule providing for consideration of H.R. 10. I would have voted ``nay'' on H. Res. 375-- Rule providing for consideration of H.R. 10--Financial CHOICE Act of 2017. ____________________
