On Monday, July 25, 2011, I was absent during rollcall vote No. 630. Had I been present, I would have voted ``nay'' on H. Res. 363--Rule providing for consideration of H.R. 2584-- Interior, Environment, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2012 because it waives all points of order against the bill. H.R. 2584 includes many harmful policy riders that violate the House rules by legislating on an appropriations bill.
