On Friday, December 16, 2011, I was absent during rollcall vote No. 937 in order to attend an important event in my district. Had I been present, I would have voted ``nay'' on the Motion on Ordering the Previous Question on the Rule providing for consideration of the Conference Report on H.R. 2055--Consolidated Appropriations Act, H.R. 3672--Disaster Relief Appropriations Act and H. Con. Res. 94--Directing the Clerk of the House of Representatives to make corrections in the enrollment of H.R. 3671. The SPEAKER pro tempore. The question is on the resolution. The question was taken; and the Speaker pro tempore announced that the ayes appeared to have it.
