Had I been present, I would have voted ``nay'' on the Motion on Ordering the Previous Question on the Rule providing for consideration of the Conference Report on H.R. 2055--Consolidated Appropriations Act, H.R. 3672--Disaster Relief Appropriations Act and H. Con. Res. 94--Directing the Clerk of the House of Representatives to make corrections in the enrollment of H.R. 3671. The SPEAKER pro tempore. The question is on the resolution.
