We need to make sure we recognize the district-specific issues facing our communities.
Representative Napolitano has been very active in southern California and elsewhere, where they have successfully recharged aquifers that have been depleted.
Communities across the country are now facing similar water supply and water conservation challenges as we have long felt in the West.
