I think that whatever the party did before I got here is fine, but I tell you, the only reason why I am here today and the only reason we are in the majority is not because we took hits to the then majority, but because we went before the American people with a plan and we said, listen, this is what we are going to do. We promise that we will do these things 1 through 10. You send us to Washington, we will do it. Now, if that is the case and I believe it to be, gosh darn it, come up with your plan. Stop hitting, stop defending a miserable losing system that we have here in Washington right now.
