Just for the record, the City and County of San Francisco is the only such city with this kind of law, this kind of ordinance on the books, using Federal taxpayer funding to force private organizations to comply with the law. They are very proud of that fact. They are proud of the fact that they have a ground-blazing ordinance, their groundbreaking domestic partners law, the equal benefits ordinance which requires that organizations doing business with the City provide health care benefits to gay, lesbian and unmarried partners of their employees if they provide the same benefits to husbands and wives. And I do not think we will get any dispute over here that that is what the ordinance says and what it seeks to do. So I guess the question to my colleagues is, do my colleagues have any concern about unwarranted intrusion into the private sector? I guess not.”
