Just because the public knew, it's never been the practice to acknowledge the evidence that's out there.

They are supposed to allow the judge, who is, you know, the independent branch of government, to have all the facts available so they can make in an unbiased way a determination as to whether probable cause has been met.

The court should be aware of, you know, potential biases that witnesses have.
