First of all, this is not antieducation, it is proeducation. It is proeducation for the students that have a legal right to be in this country, that are either legal residents or citizens. This is the most proeducation bill we have had in a long time. And on the issue of law enforcement, as the gentleman from Texas knows, it is broadly supported by more law enforcement people across this country than it is opposed.
