In order to proceed, I ask unanimous consent that, as in legislative session, the Committee on the Judiciary be discharged from further consideration of S. 1253 and the Senate proceed to its immediate consideration. The legislative clerk read as follows: A bill (S. 1253) to apply requirements relating to delivery sales of cigarettes to delivery sales of electronic nicotine delivery systems, and for other purposes. There being no objection, the committee was discharged and the Senate proceeded to consider the bill.
