“In closing, I want to thank all of the members of our committee, and, again, thank the staff from both the minority and the majority side. As Mr. Quigley said, it would not be possible if it wasn't for the strong Member involvement and engagement that makes a bipartisan work product like this, gives it the ability to come to the House floor, and to be passed overwhelmingly on a bipartisan basis. So I want to thank all of the members on my committee from both sides for their active participation. As the ranking member said, we will continue to try to make this product better; we will work out our differences with the Senate; and hopefully by the end of the year, we will have a product that we can all be proud of.
