I still have yet to have someone explain to me from the other side of the aisle how the trillion-dollar stimulus bill passed last year that was supposed to create 3.7 million jobs--instead, we lost 3 million--and how this bill that spends $13-or-so billion-- still a lot money, but not nearly a trillion dollars--is going to create a million jobs, as they continue to repeat on that side of the aisle. I would like for someone to answer the question.
