I have been there. We went together, and we saw, talk about waste, fraud and abuse. What we could do for $1 billion in this country is just amazing. We can educate so many kids, send our kids to college. We can do so much good for $1 billion. And here we are looking at about a half a billion dollars. You tell the story, Mr. Ross, because this is in your district. You took me down there. We did some uncovering of some waste, fraud and abuse. And I will yield back to the gentleman from Arkansas.
