I thank Mr. Ross. He is a fabulous Member who has led this effort in the House for a number of years, and I am very pleased he is leading this discussion here tonight. I am pleased he brought down a copy of our debt clock that sits in front of our offices. It truly outlines the fiscal irresponsibility that the current administration is engaged in. I would also like to highlight one of the points Mr. Ross mentioned and ask a question. I know that in Arkansas you all are pretty proud of your university there and the Razorbacks. And if you are anything like the folks where I am from, we are building a brand new university, and we have the first class going through right now. And so you know how important it is for young people, especially first-generation Americans who need a start in life, trying to get themselves established to do better for themselves and their families. I am the first member to go to college, and I can say without a doubt that I would not be standing here in the halls of Congress today had I not gotten the great education that I got at both the CSU schools I went to in California and the University of Maryland just down the street.
