Unfortunately, I was unable to vote on H.R. 1892, the Intelligence Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2012 because of road closures caused by flooding in and around my home. The roads were impassable, and I regret that I could not be present for votes. Had I been present, I would have voted ``aye'' on final passage. Personal explanation
