I do think it did cross a Rubicon and certainly serves as a harbinger of what we are going to be looking to in the future.

I am hopeful that these incidents represent the low-water mark for FPS, and I am cautiously optimistic about FPS's future.

Nuclear and radiological terrorism is my greatest fear. It would represent an unprecedented catastrophic event, causing enormous death, destruction, as well as long-term economic disruption.

As our time is anew we must think anew and ultimately act anew.
