I want to thank him for a lot of reasons, but it was nice that you proposed a 2-page bill, not a 2,000-page bill. It was nice that you gave us over a week to be able to review it rather than a few hours. And it is darn nice to see that we can have a bipartisan effort and get something passed in this Congress that doesn't cost $1 trillion. So thank you very much for taking a leadership role on this thing. Maybe we can get the leadership on both sides to recognize that maybe this is the process we ought to follow more often.
