I appreciate your concern. But again, I come back to the fact that you do not place the same condition on the other technologies. And if you want to do this, then let's talk about it through the entire technologies, that we are not going to apply that. And the fact is, history has proven, and even though you may not like to admit it, the things like the fence in San Diego that some people thought wouldn't work and the so-called experts said wouldn't work have worked extraordinarily well because we gave it a chance to work before we started cutting it off. And that is exactly what we are seeing here. This is a technology that has proven itself around the world, but you don't want to give it a chance to prove itself along our national frontier.
