I appreciate that. We did not have a chance to vote with the gentleman from Tennessee on that issue. We did not have a chance to stand up and speak for him on that motion at that time. But we do have a chance now using this procedure to say party affiliation, procedural guidelines, whatever we want to talk about, there is a consensus here that, if the projections come in the way we are hoping it comes in, that Medicare should be a priority. And I would just say to my colleague from Tennessee that I understand his frustration; I have gone through the same thing. Here is a chance for us, though, to say, yes, we can do what the gentleman wanted to do on that day and at least move the ball forward. And as it was said with campaign finance reform, let us not let the perfect be the enemy of the good.
