Now we have discovered that a natural gas leak with mercaptan, with volatile organic compounds can be an air toxin 5 miles or Congressman Knight says even further than 5 miles away.
Never again should a major metropolitan area be dependent or so dependent on just one facility.
I joined with colleagues here to introduce a resolution demanding audit, disclosure and a copy of this report.
I would hope that Australia would remedy this by taking the lead on this organization in demanding this man's resignation.
I would say that we shouldn't criticize Australia in the resolution so long as prior to the introduction of the resolution Australia calls for the resignation of Mr. Gurry.
What Mr. Gurry did is contrary to security, national security interests of the United States.
If Australia is going to ask for our soldiers and then foist this guy and put him in a position where he can evade U.S. security sanctions...
If I had to pick an organization where employees needed a union to protect them, this would be it.
You need to study political science by running for office. There are no long-term political objectives. There are short-term political objectives.
