Mr. Speaker, we have heard that black citizens of our country have made incredible sacrifices for our Nation. Yet, even with those sacrifices, many black veterans face tremendous challenges in the fight for civil liberties both at home and while they are serving. I want to recognize, Mr. Speaker, because he is in the gallery, Joe Wynn of the Black Veterans of America, who has brought us this resolution. We thank him for all of his work on behalf of equality for all Americans.
