“I thank Congresswoman Scanlon for joining us tonight with our Tri-Caucus and Congressional Black Caucus, because so many of the issues that you are talking about in your district as it relates to COVID and health disparities and the social determinants we all are dealing with in our districts, and so thank you for your leadership and for continuing to help us get this Heroes Act passed so that we can do some of the things that you laid out that our communities deserve.
