Mr. Chairman, just to clarify, I didn't say that USAID had a heavy hand. What I said was that the distribution of aid from this pier is at least partially managed by USAID. That is what I said. It would be, I think, wise to not mislead the public, and this is how disinformation and misinformation and lies get spread.
