“I support the rule and urge my colleagues to do the same. Finally, if I may, I would like to take this opportunity to commend the new chairman of the Committee on Resources, the gentleman from Alaska [Mr. Young], and the new chairman of the Subcommittee on National Parks, the gentleman from Utah [Mr. Hansen], for building on the good work of the last Congress in bringing this, and several other public lands bills, to the floor as expeditiously as possible.”
