Promoting a competitive landscape can be furthered through the completion of the Commission's interoperability proceeding.

This is the Energy and Commerce Committee, not the Budget Committee.

The economic importance of this auction I don't think can be understated.

I am troubled by some of the claims that the Public Safety and Spectrum Act is all about revenue-raising.

Attempts to rewrite the law through the rulemaking process should be rejected by the Commission.

It is my understanding that, Mr. Chairman, that you haven't allocated the funds for this study.

The Commission must be proactive, I believe, in its approach to educating broadcasters.

What happened to LightSquared, a promising company with plans to inject new competition into the wireless broadband market, is disappointing.
