I think it needs to be explained in more than the limited way we have been explaining it today.

The consultation process with the Navajo Nation... I think it is important that be part of the record.

What I believe is important is honoring that which is invaluable, that which can never be replaced, that which is spiritual and sacred to those who tell us what are the most important places, because it is not everywhere, right?

Tribal sovereignty must be respected even when it is not politically expedient.

And sometimes, at least my experience with a conflict matter in Arizona having to do with perpetual conflicts having to do with a mine, the Udall Center was brought in at the behest of parties at the most embittered part of the conflict.
