If we are going to be consistent, let's apply the rule to all.

Yet, for decades, mainstream environmental organizations have excluded the voices of those who are the most impacted.

Since I became Chair, this Committee has held hearings to examine barriers and solutions to advancing JEDI in federal environmental agencies.

H.R. 59 would put coastal communities at risk and could have devastating impacts on our fisheries and those who depend on them.

Establishing a national framework for conserving these species is sorely needed.

H.R. 4690 makes critical strides toward improving catch data from the recreational sector.

H.R. 4690 includes numerous provisions to strengthen our Federal fisheries management framework.
